We understand that there is a growing concern with regards to coronavirus.
The situation is changing all the time and we will continue to follow guidance from the government. This page will be monitored and reviewed regularly.
I have an upcoming booking, can I still go?
Not at present. As of 5 p.m. on 24 March, Heritage Park was completely closed to owners and holiday makers. There is no indication at this time as to how long the restriction will be in place. We will continue to monitor the situation and should anything change, we will contact customers on an individual basis to offer alternative arrangements where possible.
Am I covered by travel insurance?
If you purchased your travel insurance before 17th March 2020 (or have a current annual policy) you should be covered against the closure of the park, or if you are required to self-isolate because of Covid-19. Please speak to your insurance provider.
Will I receive a refund if I want to cancel my holiday?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, but you should be able to claim on your travel insurance. Alternatively, we will be able to offer you a change of date for up to a year in advance.
